Interview
The process was pretty fast for me because I passed the assessment in the past so I skipped that step this time around. When I applied in the past I didnt spend enough time prepping for the star method. Always have examples top of mind. Be honest and authentic but show your strengths and capability. Good Luck!

2.)Of the work tasks or projects you have had in the last 5 years, What aspects did you like most and why? What aspects of your work tasks or projects did you like least and Why?
3.)Tell me about a situation when you had to adapt to a substantial change you encountered while working on an assignment at work or school. Please describe the situation, how you adapted to the change, and the results.
4.)Tell me about a time you dealt with a demanding customer. How were you able to solve their problem in a way that exceeded their expectations? Please describe the situation, your actions, and the results. How did you know what would exceed their expectations?
5.)Tell me about a time when you struggled or were overwhelmed by a new or difficult challenge at work or school. Please describe the situation and how you overcame this challenge to remain productive and effective.
6.)Tell me about a time you dealt with a demanding customer and they werent happy with the outcome. How did you overcome?

Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
