Interview
First you have a phone interview which they go over your resume and background. They also asked a few target questions about situations you were involved, how did you handle it and what was the outcome. After that, the recruiter wanted to go to next step so she forwarded the background check info and set up an in person interview with the manager at the site. My interview was yesterday so I'm not sure of their decision.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
