I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in June 2025
Interview
STAR method. Which, I was unfamiliar with. It can be challenging. First interview after assessment was a video recorded virtual, with no actual interviewer live. I found this uncomfortable and even after a crash course in STAR method, I thought I did terribly and pretty much wrote this job off. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email stating I was moving forward with a real time interview and free flowing conversation which I did much better with. My interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable so I wasn’t surprised I got the conditional job offer on the spot with that call. The initial assessment really surprised me because I’ve taken these for other companies before and did not even get to the interview stages. This one, I took late at night as I laid in bed ready to fall asleep.

Recorded interview with prompts and phone interview with a recruiting agent. They will call back if an offer is made. Several steps but friendly and easy to follow. Be prepared for situational questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (New York, NY) in June 2025
Interview
Went well, took 3 weeks. Very communicative throughout the process. Questions were easy to respond to and the interviewer was very easy to speak with. One of the best companies I've interviewed with. The pay was not enough though, so I declined.
