The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Proguides (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2021
Interview
I had a voice call with a high-up over Discord (since it was a small company at the time), during which he asked me a few questions about my qualifications and my aspirations.

Interview
The company was quite unprofessional during their interview process. For myself, I was interviewed three times with a coding test. After the third interview, the founders said they would get back to be shortly and they were asking about my salary expectations and relocation.
However, their actions did not match their words. I was ghosted by the company for seven weeks.
Only when I called back the company two times for a follow-up did I get a response. Their response was "we are holding off from hiring people for now." If that were the case, why waste my time (as well as other candidates) for three interviews? When companies do interviews, their intent is to hire soon. Not let a candidate wait seven weeks for a reply.
If the founders wanted to reject me, it's more professional to tell the applicant they were rejected, especially if they went through three interviews. Applicants that go through the interview process with further salary negotiations deserve an answer at least.
In any case, the company is quite unprofessional, disorganized, and are clueless when it comes to hiring.
