Promech Engineering interview questions

Interview with the sales manager was very friendly. No specific questions but rather talked about things specific to me and my knowledge. HR interview was a lot more rigid and felt like they didn't even focus in my answers, repeating things I said back to me as a suggestion like I missed them. HR also called me 3-4 weeks later, not even knowing who I am or where I was in the interview process. When I stated that I had already been interviewed, I was asked if I had a car or not which I stated in my application and interview. When I answered no, I was just told they can't proceed with my application and that was it. I got rejected by someone who didn't even know who I was when we talked.
