3-stage interview with different members of the organisation. Included putting together a short presentation on current promotions in the market as well as a short aptitude test. Was pretty straightforward overall.

For such a small company, the interview process is very strenuous. The process, first involved a telephone interview, then a panel interview (be prepared for the Director to put you on the spot and make you feel uncomfortable), then a presentation on a product found in the supermarket, then a comprehension exercise, then a psychometric test.
