There was GD round and PI round. Before that, there was minimum eligibility criteria for freshers. After screening, GD was held ,the GD was easy and I got shortlisted for PI round, it was not a very technical based interview

good company....performance based evaluation has a proper evaluation and GD followed by personal interview. Even though I didn't accepted the offer but I was satisfied with the overall screening process
