Interview
One-on-one interview with the owner of the company, went together through my portfolio and resume, was asked to rate my knowledge in softwares from my resume (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Solidworks, Keyshot, AfterEffects, Premiere), got tested in Solidworks software though it was an interview for a graphic designer position, afterwards got a task to redesign a brochure and a promo bag. Got rejection e-mail after almost month and a half after the interview.
