Interview with Heather and Amir were 10/10. The downfall was when I was extended an offer and I attempted to negotiate. I was ghosted by Heather. Amir has made it clear he would be on vacation for a week. Per the job offer sent on a Friday, I was to start on the following Wednesday. I emailed her back within minutes but since it was towards the end of the day I waited until Monday and followed up with her. Lastly, I sent her a text on Tuesday, since some attorneys are notorious to not seeing their emails and she had SMS me through her personal number. COMPLETELY ghosted me. I firmly believe that if this is an attitude a grown woman has during a job process, it speaks VOLUMES on her and her leadership.
