I received an email to set up a screening interview, then was approved for a meeting interview with the nurse manager. I was told that because the interview was so "important" I would need to take a day off from work to attend. I later found out that a friend was interviewing for the same position the next week on a day that I was not working, so it seems I was lied to. Then during the interview the interviewer was very distracted, the process seemed very rushed, it felt like she was not interested in meeting with me but just going through the motions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time a customer was unhappy and what you did to change the outcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Providence (Mission Hills, CA)
Interview
The interview was a group interview. Youre in a room with 5 other questions. 90% of the questions were scenario based and everyone had different questions. You are then given a case study to work on with other interviewees.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you gave false hope and how did you address it?
I applied online for the Burbank location. I then got a text survey. Then I was able to schedule my in person interview. I was interviewed by a panel of three nurses. They asked six behavioral questions, and then one case study. I just felt from the start of the interview that the interviewers were very cold towards me, and not very welcoming even though I had a very positive attitude and I went in confident. The way that they were towards me just turned me off to the entire hospital in general and made me rethink if this was even a hospital i’d want to work at. They update you if you got the job 2-3 weeks later (just did my interview yesterday)

Question 1
A time when you went above and beyond. Why did you apply to the tips program. A time where a coworker was making rude remarks and how you dealt with it.
it was a 3 person panel in a conference room, the interviewers provided minimal feed back but were reassuring when I felt I was stumbling a lot. Overall I felt really unsure but I think that was due to lack of preparation on my part.
