Phone interview with a recruiter, in-person with a HR Director, in-person with the person currently filling the role, HireVue video interview and now scheduled to meet with the team at the location where the position is open - BRUTAL!

It is a structured process with an interview panel. As there were too many people on the panel the process took time as could not meet everyone at the same time.

Initial interview was to complete a one way interview answering a series of 11 questions. Submitted the interview and did not hear back. Took approximately 1.5 hours. The technology was amazing and a very thorough process.

Interview
3 rounds. First- Automated video interview, second- discussion with CHRO, third- discussion with VP HR. Questions were easy but they look for labor relations experience which I was lacking. Otherwise it's a good experience.
