I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Eureka, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by an outside recruiter with a general message. We connected and arranged a time to speak by phone.
Our call was on a Wednesday morning, and it seemed to go well. The recruiter stated that she'd like to show my resume to the HR Manager and would contact me Thursday or Friday. I asked if she needed a cover letter and she declined.
Two Thursdays and Fridays have passed and I never heard back. I assume they weren't interested, and that's okay.
The communication prior to the interview was solid and quite flexible, however, the lack of communication since the interview was disappointing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Providence (Irvine, CA)
Interview
It is a structured process with an interview panel. As there were too many people on the panel the process took time as could not meet everyone at the same time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Providence in Oct 2020
Interview
Initial interview was to complete a one way interview answering a series of 11 questions. Submitted the interview and did not hear back. Took approximately 1.5 hours. The technology was amazing and a very thorough process.

Question 1
Tell a time that you have worked with a difficult individual?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Seattle, WA) in July 2020
Interview
3 rounds. First- Automated video interview, second- discussion with CHRO, third- discussion with VP HR. Questions were easy but they look for labor relations experience which I was lacking. Otherwise it's a good experience.
