I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Providence (Olympia, WA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Applied online, waited about 2-3 wk before hearing from a recruiter. Had a follow-up phone interview with the recruiter, and then was notified the next day or 2 regarding an in-person interview, which was scheduled about 3 weeks later. The interview was for a med-surg. position, so representatives from various units were in the room- I think there were 5 people total.

Interview
It was alright. As soon you apply, there will be an agency or a recruiter reach out to you and you will get to choose an interview time depending on your choice of time. Its a big panel interview with different managerw from different department
The interview process can vary by each cohort throughout the year. I applied twice, once for the March 2024 cohort and once for the June 2024 cohort. Sometimes, they require a video portion before being able to schedule an interview. Sometimes, you can schedule an interview right after applying on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you're selected after their screening process, an email with a link to schedule an interview will be sent out. Interviews are available on various amounts of days but usually in 30-minute intervals. Some Providence locations will have case studies, and some locations will have meet-and-greet opportunities to meet nursing managers/leaders.

Interview
After application I had to record a video introduction and give timed recorded responses to questions. Two weeks later they contacted me to set up the next video interview. It is a slow process.
