Applied online, then was asked to submit a series of self-paced video recordings answering about 10 questions. Afterwards, I met with the hiring manager 1-1 for about 30 minutes. Interview went well and was told she'd email me for a second round to be scheduled for next week with another Data Analyst. But I never received an email from her and the recruiter also ghosted me.
