Interview
The interview process did take quite a bit of time- 3 months and in the end I did end up being offered and taking the job. I was first contacted by HR, then a phone interview with my now boss, then was brought in for a group interview and a showing of the department and individual follow-up interviews with other managers within the department.

Phone screening to see if you values and culture, hiring manager interview, drug test that included blood and urine and then a physical. The process is very lengthy and might take two months.

Interview
I had to seek out a recruiter because my job remained under consideration. The first interview was general with a lot of behavior questions " tell me a time when". The department manager and clinical manager were both present. I was called back for a second interview a week later to meet other key staff I would be working with if hired. I was called back by the recruiter late on a Friday a week later with and offer.
