      Lead Java Developer Interview

      21 June 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sunnyvale, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Prudential (Sunnyvale, CA)

      Interview

I got call for full time lead java developer in prudential. It was a weekend drive. There were 5 rounds of interviews (each 15-20 minutes). Interview level was average. By evening, I got call from HR that I am selected and she told me the package and benefits. It was awesome package and benefits, so I accepted it. HR told me to release formal offer letter by Monday. I got email from HR on Monday that they need all my previous and current H1B approval notices and it was case of H1 transfer. I sent her the documents but didn't here anything till next week. After a week of follow-up they said that they can not give the offer because they think that there will be problem in H1B transfer. I tried to find the reason but they did not disclose it.
