Pleasant experience with friendly atmosphere. Felt comfortable the whole time. They give you multiple tests to determine how likely you are to succeed in a sales environment. Then they’ll quiz you on basic math and IQ to determine your attention to detail. Overall you’ll find yourself frustrated with the process and how long it takes.

A recruiter will call and ask basic questions about your insurance experience. It does not matter if you have sold Medicare products before because they will train you if you are inexperienced.

I was recruited hence i did not have to go through an interview process. rather I needed to further recruit agents once i started working. Hence the interview process was very easy

The interview process was easy they have a zoom meeting initially giving a company overview. They follow up with an email and a phone call after that from there if you meet the qualifications you will move into the on boarding process.
