I applied through my career website and had a on campus interview. I was asked when I was in a situation where i had to take initiative, worked in a group, etc. Also was asked what type of circumstances can make an insurance company lose money, I said that statistical discrepancies, along with aysemrtical information.
I was asked all sorts of scenario questions and could care less of me as an individual. One interviewer spent the entire time introducing themselves and didn't have time to ask any questions.
Made up of 6 behavior and skill related questions done digitally through HireVue. You were given 30 seconds to prep for each questions and 3 minutes to answer. The interview was self-paced so there was less stress.
