I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential in Apr 2022
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter set up an interview with an associate. It was only 30 minutes and had a hard stop. Was definitely not the best experience I have had. I never heard back even though I reached out multiple times to both the interviewer and hr recruiter.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Prudential in Oct 2013
Interview
I just had the first round phone interview and never heard back. I didn't think I did horribly on the interview, but I guess it just wasn't good enough. The interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions. The ones I can remember are: why do you want to be an actuary, why prudential, experiences of presentations/working in a team, etc.

Question 1
One question that caught me off guard was: Can you think of an example why an insurance company may be losing money.

Interview
The initial interview was conducted virtually, they sent a link where they asked a few different general questions about my education and experience and I recorded a response that was automatically sent to them.
