After submitting my online application for 3 weeks, I had a phone interview with campus recruiting team. They told me that they selected 200 out of 500 applicants to do the phone interview, and 50 applicants would attend the conference in the end. The interview is short about 30 minutes. I was asked 4 or 5 questions for around 25 minutes and allowed to ask them questions.
