I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Prudential (Brentwood, TN) in May 2010
Interview
The senior financial representative that interviewed me was very easy to talk to, funny, and made me feel very at home. At the time, I thought I was interested in insurance; however, after giving it some thought, I decided that although Prudential is a great company, it wasn't for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (East Brunswick, NJ) in Mar 2018

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Scranton, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied for the position in January and I got a call from the recruiter in March to set up a phone interview for the following day. The phone interview consisted of 2 situational questions (tell me about a time...) and an explanation of salary, what the position consists of and benefits. Once I stated that I was still interested, I progressed to the next step which was an assessment. It had a call center simulator and a lot of behavior questions, nothing too hard. I got an email the next day asking to set up an in person interview. I scheduled mine for the following week. The interview was with one manager, and it was about 6-8 situational questions and a 'tell me about yourself'. After that I was able to listen in on a live call in the call center to see what it would be like. The position is just educating clients on their 401k, pension, savings, etc and helping them with any changes they would like to make. I got a call the next day offering me the position. Which comes next is a very extensive background check.
