Initial Interview was completely automated, did not talk to an employer. Lacked a personal connection and individuality. Was asked to answer basic questions that are hard to stand out on.

What is a challenge you had to overcome in a group?
Online hire vue process, you get two minutes for prep and answer in three minutes, only three questions, started off basic and went up in difficulty as you went along

Interview
It was an online hirevue with questions and 1-2 minutes to answer. The total length was under 10 minutes 3 questions. All of the questions were manageable to answer based on the role especially because entry role.

Easy phone call, which my manager spoke to me like a friend and offered me a job at the end of the call. Very easy and I was able to schedule it for when it worked best for me and he made the accommodation
