I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Initial introduction was made through a staffing agency, and after submission of my resume to Prudential I received a call from the recruiter to set up a phone interview, followed by a first round of in-person meetings with the officer and her staff, including her current EA. There was a second phone interview and a second round of interviews scheduled. After the last meeting at Prudential, I was contacted by the agency with an offer and proceeded to completing and passing a background check. Sadly, I received word a few days later from the recruiter that the officer had fallen ill and the job was on hold.
The interview process at Prudential is very long and extensive. The final interview entails going into the office to meet face to face for the in-person interview with many people.
