I applied online. I interviewed at PruittHealth (Fayetteville, NC) in Dec 2025
Interview
The initial interview was supposed to be in person but they changed it to a zoom meeting. There was connectivity issues. I did make it a point to be in a place to avoid technical problems because this was important. I didn’t feel very comfortable during the process. I didn’t feel like this was a company that would value me my time or efforts in the workforce. The interview was not an experience that left me feeling confident in my decision in seeking employment with that company. The demeanor of the person conducting the interview wasn’t one that made me feel like this was a company or a person I would like to work for.
The interview process was very easy and fast. Easy to understand the information needed and was needed of me. The interview process when by effectively. Ms. Kimberli and Latoya made it easy.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at PruittHealth (Kernersville, NC) in July 2026
Interview
The interview was conducted in well organized setting. I felt very confident, and comfortable with the interaction we had among each other. And I feel as though I got the position as a CNA.

Interview
The interview was a very productive conversation that helped me realize how much I truly want to pursue a career as a CNA. Since I already work at this facility, our discussion reinforced my desire to continue growing here and confirmed that this is where I want to build my career.
