I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prussian Motors (Norristown, PA) in June 2019
Interview
I showed up with my resume and after a little chatting we had an informal interview on the spot. I came back a week later for a "working interview". On that "interview" they walked me through what i would be doing on a daily bases and getting me familiar with the work environment. After that i got an email saying i was hired and started working 2 weeks after that.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prussian Motors (Norristown, PA) in July 2016
Interview
First step was a phone interview with the two owners "Bob and Merritt". The phone interview was fairly standard with an emphasis on why working Prussian Motors would be a good fit. The second step was an in person interview where we discussed previous work history, experience with cars / common warehouse tasks and hobbies. Lastly there was a 3rd interview in the form of a work day trial. I spent roughly an hour with each employee assisting them with their tasks. This was a really good way for both the current employees and myself to get to know one and other. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and happy to answer questions. Overall a thorough interview process that is not too stressful.
