I applied online. I interviewed at Public Outreach Fundraising (Toronto, ON) in June 2025
Interview
It’s two sets of group interviews - one over zoom with a large group and then another in person at their inaccessible office with a group of about 10 people. Once you pass the zoom interview phase, you are required to memorize a short script that you will read during the interview. The interviewers in person were on their phones a lot and didn’t really pay attention to the interviewees during crucial points of the interview like during the debate and the script reading.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Public Outreach Fundraising (Kitchener, ON) in Apr 2025
Interview
Group interviews, flaky communication. Will sometimes take a while to get back to you. The interviews always took longer than scheduled because you'd have to wait for everyone to deliver a response before moving on to the next question. Sometimes they don't even announce it's a group interview only to be surprised that there's other people present.

Interview
It was a quick and friendly interview with many other candidates and general questions were asked. More of a sales pitch. Better to prepare any pitch to convince the interviewer about your ability to make a sale.
