Straight forward and to the point. Quick decision process. Straight forward questioning and no unnecessary extra rounds like many employers include pointlessly. No requirements for presentations and other 'fluff' that is often the norm elsewhere.

Short, structured, quick decision after an interview under an hour. Just how it should be. To the point interview after initial phone call. Much better than unnecessary multiple stage interviews that are the norm elsewhere.
