I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pulsenics in May 2024
Interview
The process goes like this:
- OA
- HR Call
- CTO Call
- Interview with a developer
- CEO Call
Very lengthy process for absolutely horrendous pay. Not to mention the culture seems extremely bad (high turnover rate, little to zero vacation and benefits) The only thing I could see is red flags throughout the entire process.
15 minute recruiter call. Recruiter attempted to send a test assessment several times but I never received one. Turns out they already sent one about 3 weeks before the interview on probably the most buggy test platform of all time. Recruiter finally gives up and sends rejection. Probably the most unprofessional interview process I've been through
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pulsenics in Dec 2023
Interview
Some short video screening with behavioural questions, then a short HR call. Then it was a take home assessment where you are forced to write an app in ASP.NET and submit it within 48 hours. Requirements were pretty vague (Was not too difficult), and I assume there is an on site interviews, prob tech focused. Didn't make it there, and there was no feedback on anything so good luck :)
