Punchcut interview questions

There were a couple of video interviews with their design managers and art directors. They asked about my skills with programs and what I was interested in. There were three interviews I went through before they selected a different candidate. They seemed really interested in the intersection between animation and design which I was as well at the time.

They had a designer give the interview to a developer...yeah, that kind of company, and that kind of person who thinks they have a the acumen to intuit a person's skill sets.
