Pyroguard interview questions

Very long process, first over 1 hour interview with agency person than 30 min with HR, over 1 hour with production manager, personality test, critical thinking test, interview with director and last improvement project after one walk around factory. I will have to say director ask to many very personal questions which have nothing to do with the job.
