I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at QBE (London, England) in Jan 2021
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. Basic question and answer format. Nothing difficult given this was a junior role. For some questions, I did not know the correct answer so I let them know that I had no experience in that area. All three rounds of interviews seemed very rushed. They were clearly in need of hiring someone on an urgent basis.

Question 1
What is RTO and RPO? Can you tell risks related to backup and recovery?
Two rounds of interviews, standard process, nothing special. Interviews are with the hiring manager and their respective managers. Process was straight forward but did take a while but is expected for any big organisation.
- Streamline
- Easy process (2 interview depending on team and role)
- 2nd interview was more of a chat to get to know your Head and more about the larger team
- Recruiter was informative throughout the process
- whole process was quite easy and streamline, nothing to really fault.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at QBE
Interview
Recruiter found me and sent my CV to the company. Was waiting over a month for an interview then had 1h teams interview with 2 people. And no feedback, no answer about being successful or not. It's a shame if person preparing to the interview, spending time on it, stress before and during interview and not even get the answer like "no thank you we progress with other candidate".
