First round was from HR which consist normal HR related question including profile and experience.
Then Technical round which was quite extensive and cover from basic to advance topics followed by managerial round which was also quite technical.

Total 2 rounds were there. The first round was technical (sometimes you can expect 2 technical rounds if your first round didn't go that well) followed by a manager round. You can expect technical questions in manager round too. The interviewers were so friendly and supportive.

Interview
Recently I was finished interviews with QBurst. I got positive response for Technical interview. After the interview I got an email invitation for the second round. And also I was answered almost all the things asked in the management round(second round). In management round, they didn't ask about their requirement related questions. Most of the questions are from recent project and implementation strategies.
The rejection comment is "your skill and expertise level is not suitable for requirement".
Then why they selected my resume for interview if my resume doesn't contains their requirements?
What is the purpose for the second round of interview if my skills are tested during technical session.?
