Interview
Frustrating! My experience has been the HR person will contact you initially to set up a phone screen. That part is not too bad, however getting feedback is ridiculous. For one job I was able to do the phone screen and set up the manager call. Then they wanted to set up an on-site interview. I did not hear back for weeks. Finally, they set up the interview, but I did not get an email from them for 4 months after repeatedly emailing for a couple weeks after the interview. Foolishly I have applied for another position, spoke to the HR person, over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back after she "guaranteed" she would get back to me within a week.
