The position was an entry-level position and the initial HR questioning was easy. The HR called me initially and asked me if I wanted a sponsorship in the future. She also asked me for the pay I was expecting. Unfortunately, I had still not graduated and they were looking for immediate recruits.

It was literally a 4min phone call. The interviewer asked me if i had any internship or any work experience in manufacturing. which i really didn't have as I'm a new college grad. i told her about the project that i did in my bachelors related to manufacturing.

Interview
There was a quick phone screen with the recruiter first. Then an interview with 3 people, the recruiter and two managers, asking questions. Asked about experience and some basic knowledge of solar cells
