      Copywriter Smartphones and Apps Interview

      29 Nov 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qelp in Nov 2017

      Interview

-recruiter screening - 1st interview with top-level management CEO/Head of UX (went decently well) -Submit a blog post written assignment (I passed/did well) -2nd interview with 2 other lower level managers (that doesn't make sense if I already interviewed with top management and passed) My issues with the last interview. To the manager that tried to correct my answers rudely, you are an arrogant person. Stop mansplaining to a woman how to answer a question. It's her prerogative, choice to answer the way she wants. And don't generalize Americans. Hire some women in your management, you look bad as a tech company in 2017.
