Skills test, waited to hear if an interview would be scheduled, several interviews with a group of principals amd other staff. Refused to tell you how you scored on secretarial skills test.

What would you do first in order of importancy... the phone is ringing, there is a crying student coming into the office, a teacher is trying to tell you there is no coverage in a classroom, and a parent with a concerned look is ringing the door buzzer waiting to get in the building.
