Quakertown Community School District interview questions

Scheduled an in-person interview, standard stuff. When I arrived the vibe was all wrong, like I was bothering them. Met with 2 people I think it was the director and a system administrator. They literally just asked a series of standard questions which took a total of 20 minutes. The one guy who is the manager or director couldn't end the interview fast enough. He stood up and said they will be in touch and walked out... I had to ask do I go this way to leave and he just mumbled and that was it. the position was for a pc tech who had 3 years experience. at the time I had 8 years experience and I was currently working doing a job in the same field taking care of over 1800 end users. all this was in my resume so I am not sure why they decided to go with someone else or so they say... 6 months later they are advertising for the same position.
