Applied online on Qualcomm career site. Took a long time for them to reply. The HR guy set an interview with their Sr. Engineer. The interviewer told lot about what he does and what they are looking for. I was encouraged to ask any question in between. Had to share screen.

I applied on qualcomm website for wlan firmware emgineer, I had a bad interview experience. The interviewer did not even have courtesy to turn off their phone, they kept interrupting the interview to attend calls.
