I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualcomm in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview was primarily for a RTL design verification role. Due to the pandemic, whole process was online. The interview went pretty smooth. There were 3 rounds, of around 1 hour each. Although the time limit shot upwards of 1 hour for 2nd and 3rd round. I would like to list down my observations as bullets.
1. The whole panel was nice and knowledgeable. No irrelevant questions except the work I had done.
2. There was no sense of rush and I was given enough time to answer.
3. Screen sharing and being able to draw & explain helped tremendously.
4. Every one of them took enough time to explain my role, if I’m selected.
