Senior Graphics Hardware Design Verification Engineer Interview

      1 June 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Cork
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Cork) in May 2023

      Interview

I applied via linkedin. A manager from QC reached out to me. First round did not go well but my skills were inline with the responsibilities. So, it was forwarded to the next round. Second round was mostly on my resume and the skills written. Some questions were asked around multiprocessor system and the UVM test-bench design around that. Third round has some amount of test-bench design and explanation for a similar-multiprocessor system. Fourth and fifth round was with US guys on GPU knowledge and extensive coding ( from scratch) using UVM. Last round was HR staffing in which some behavioural and situational questions were asked. Overall the interview experience was amazing.
