Qualcomm Wireless Research interview questions

The HR notified that a hiring manager will arrange for an interview, I received an email and spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. He was not very clear about the timelines, his accent was very difficult to understand, poor voice quality, boring and dry... This was the worst interview I have ever had. I was not very impressed with the attitude of the hiring manager. I am very disappointed with the Qualcomm as a potential future employer.
