I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualio (Waterford) in Sept 2021
Interview
Started with a recruiter call where he was very thorough in getting what I wanted from my next role.
In the next round, I met with the Director of Engineering who was super nice and friendly, we chatted on various problems which could arise in a typical SaaS company.
Once that was done, the next round involved a System Design interview with two technical leads which was very interactive and I didn't even realise how the hour passed.
The last round was with HR which involved behavioural questions. She was super friendly and answered every single question I had!
Everyone I met during the interview process were very nice and make you feel so comfortable. I didn't have any second thoughts when they offered me the position!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Qualio in Oct 2021
Interview
Pretty standard interview process, introduction call, hiring manager, HR manager, technical interviews. Technical interview is more interesting than usual. Instead of exercises (personally I don't like them) I was need to design some system and explain my decisions.
Everyone was very friendly and nice. Special thanks to hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualio in Aug 2021
Interview
Process took approximately 4 weeks (from my first interview to the day I got an offer).
1st interview was an architectural interview with 2 leads. Seemed more like a conversation on how to build something rather than being drilled with questions.
2nd interview was with HR, mainly just behavioral.
3rd interview was with the VP on Engineering. He was really nice and it was just another behavioral interview. He asked me questions about my past experience and any concerns I had with joining a fully remote company. He asked a few situational questions i.e. "tell me about a time you did X and how was the process".
4th interview was with the *incoming* manager of the team that I was expected to join. I felt like this one was a bit unnecessary but because the team I was joining was brand new, I guess it was the "meet-the-team" interview.
Then the next day I received an offer. Each of these interviews were about a week apart which made the process somewhat long.
