Queequeg Renewables interview questions

I had my first interview in July 2023. It was for about 10 minutes and straight to the point. In a week I was scheduled for another interview for which I took an entire day off at my work simply because of the time difference of one hour and them not being able to find a suitable slot. Anyway, The interview lasted about one hour and was quite intense you'd almost think they were so serious, you'd get an instant response. Two months pass by and I get no response even after telling them that time was short and I had to sign a new contract at work if they didn't want to go forward. I just needed an answer. Communication was handled by another company but even they were not getting responses from them. They seemed so casual and maybe even careless and would contact me once every two weeks, just to keep things lukewarm. It was super disappointing to have wasted so much time and not even get a response.

The interview was informal and the staff seemed friendly. The company is not very big so they are expanding and looking for talent. The team seems to be diverse which is a bonus.
