Interview
Very tedious process that requires certification review, language and equilavalency test. Many times throughout the interview via Skype the interviewer would pause and reference notes making it difficult for me to concentrate. The interviewer would also ask miscellaneous questions that had little to do with the particular job in which I applied. The interviewer also used several scenarios to see how I would perform.
