Interview
They check over your references before the interview, they check to make sure you can pass a drug and alcohol test, make sure you have all the necessary safety equipment, find out a bit about your past work history and work habit. they will call you back for a second interview and meeting for you to go through all that is expected of you and rules, regulations and protocols.
