I applied through other source. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Kalamazoo, MI) in Dec 2018
Interview
Was initially contacted by a recruiter via my LinkedIn profile. Switched over to email and exchanged some correspondence including my current resume. Recruiter committed to scheduling an initial phone interview, rescheduled it 15 min. prior to the call.
The initial call with the recruiter was very surface. Perhaps only for the purpose of screening. Recruiter was to quickly set up a call with the hiring manager. Then silence for a week. I followed up via email and the recruiter responded that hiring manager was not responsive. Shortly later set a time that the hiring manager would call. The call never came. I sat waiting for nearly half hour. No email. No call.
It all seemed a little sloppy, so I pulled my name from consideration. The recruiter didn't try and keep me. Was I ever a candidate? It seemed to lack structure and genuine concern for my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at R1 RCM (New Delhi) in June 2022

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at R1 RCM (New Delhi) in Apr 2021
Interview
It's a WhatsApp video call and very unprofessional. The interviewer did not even bother to open his camera. You are supposed to answer the questions on the black screen. There are 3 rounds. 1st two rounds are very unprofessional. I did not make it to 3rd round because my location was not favorable. I don't know why they need to know your location when it's a work-from-home job. They do not even tell you if you are selected or not. You have to ask them. It's very casual. I think if you are in the location that they want you will be easily get selected because all the interview questions are already known to you
