The interview process provided a glimpse of the work environment at Accretive...the schedule kept changing, everyone I was to meet with was busy and ran late, and I spent a long time between interviews just cooling my heels in the lobby waiting for my next meeting to turn up.

Interview
I had a great phone interview. They brought me to headquarters in Chicago for an in person interview. I interviewed with 5 people over the course of the day. Two made me wait more than a half hour and then cut the interview short because they were too busy. Unwelcoming environment.
