• Worked on payments and denials & Charge entry
• Maintaining the logs on daily basis for the respective departments.
• Downloading and uploading the work file.
• I have good knowledge in Manual & ERA posting.
• Taking training for associate level to improve the process in payment posting includes ERA and the manual entry, And Facility charges and office charges I have worked.
• I have good knowledge in the All scripts , IMX and Nexgen domain.
Charge Entry:
• Accurate posting of Patient demographic detail Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the revenue cycle software provided by the customer.
• The Pending or held documents are sent to the client for clarification.
• The final charges are audited by the Quality team and the clean claims are sent for transmission.
