Step 1) Headhunted by a leading firm, Step 2) general conversation with Lead Investor. Step 3) Formal interview with Chairman that explored the issues the company currently faced and aspiration going forward. Step 4) Documentation and onboarding managed by lead investors HR department.
Technical interview then human resources interview then Manager interview.
Usually they will start with the common question then they will increase the level of difficulty on each question.
