RBC Associate Java Developer interview questions

HR screening Coding round Technical interview(Last week of June) Don't waste your time by attending interviews at RBC. RBC has handed over job recruitment process to various MNC's and consultancies. After my interview I was approached by 6 South Asian consultancies and a consulting MNC for the same role at RBC. Consultancies are being operated from India and doing bargaining like a vegetable vendors "Will you work for 35-40$/Hour". And they are expecting like 8-10 years of experience. I don't know why the people from different country handling job recruitment process at Canadian Bank. Let's hope the Canadian organizations have fair recruitment process.
